My senior thesis project was a 56-page book that was written, illustrated, designed and bound by me. The book is a collection of short biographies on fictional characters that caused real, historical events to occur—an altered history book on everything from the Potato Famine to the First Man on the Moon.

Done in a classical style, using fonts from the Century and Century Handtooled families, this book is a commentary on the vague definitions of historical events. By presenting something that appears trustworthy, I am pointing out how little we really know about the world’s history, and how easily it can be misrepresented.
